Empire Coffee & Tea is one of the last roasters still roasting Brazil, Guat, Costa Rican and Sumatra in a light roast or (blonde).  It’s. The only way to truly taste the nuances in the beans.  
For a strong full bodied and nutty coffee blend a Colombian French roast with Indian Malabar.  I think it was Gandhi’s choice!
